Do you provide RAW images?
No, I don’t provide RAW images. Editing is a crucial part of the magic in photography. RAW images are often not compatible with basic computer software and are unfinished works. I ensure no important photos are left out of your gallery. If you feel something is missing, let me know, and I’ll be happy to check and provide any missed images.
Do you offer discounts?
No, I do not offer discounts. My pricing reflects the quality, time, and effort invested in capturing and creating your special memories.
What is the cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation, please inform me as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable to compensate for the reserved date. If cancellation occurs close to the event date, a percentage of the total fee may be required, depending on the timing. This policy helps cover potential lost opportunities and preparations already made for your event.
Can we order prints or albums through you?
Yes, I offer high-quality prints and custom albums. You can order these directly through your online gallery or by contacting me post-event.
